e-commerce shop case study
ui & ux / layout design / research & analysis
about
This redesign was created for one of the biggest tea e-commerce platforms, serving tea lovers worldwide.
Being a tea drinker myself in a coffee-first culture, I felt a strong connection to the product and aimed to reflect the depth, variety, and quiet ritual of tea in the user experience.
/ the process
I analyzed the existing website to identify key pain points in usability, structure, and visual hierarchy. The redesign focused on restructuring the content, modernizing the interface, and proposing more intuitive, user-friendly solutions.

nuances matter
Product cards were refined to balance clarity with character. An organic, leaf-inspired button shape reinforces the brand’s connection to nature while maintaining a clear call to action.
Reviews were restructured to improve transparency and easier scanning, while support for video reviews adds trust and authenticity.
